From carefully selected raw materials to final product inspection, our manufacturing process focuses on material quality, consistent production and dependable water storage tank construction.
We use 100% virgin LLDPE, selected for its suitability for rotationally moulded water storage tanks. Material selection is an important first step towards consistent product quality.
The polymer is placed inside a mould that rotates while being heated, allowing the material to form the tank body. This process supports seamless, one-piece construction and the formation of designed wall layers.
After moulding and controlled cooling, each tank undergoes relevant quality checks for finish, construction and applicable product specifications before dispatch.
